The Successful Rebel Journey

Do you need to flex your navigating change muscle?

There’s a lot of change flying around this year.  I shifted from in person speaking to virtual, published a book and moved my office into a room so our son could have an area for school.

You may think of change as balmy breezes ushering in the new. If so, you’re taking the opportunity to act on the nudges, those things that weren’t a priority in the past.

Or, you may view change this year as hordes of annoying mosquitoes that won’t leave you alone!  In this case you are hiding out, practicing avoidance, clinging to your familiar and eating comfort foods.

Change is uniquely personal.  We all don’t move in the same direction, at the same speed, or experience it the same way.

We really don’t like being exposed in the process. While we’re still unfinished.  Like having a dinner party while your house is under construction.

The creation of Rebel Success for Leaders was a new experience for me. I had an accomplished career but in this I was starting from scratch and needed to learn from so many other experts.

I had to overcome the embarrassing moments of being so new as I was working with experts. Pushing past that little voice of fear saying – but what will they think?

It’s much better to ‘reveal’ the change when it’s finished and polished and ready to see the world.

My mission is to help you develop those skills to work through change, those new and different unique ideas.

Embrace this fearlessly fun journey because after all, you’re already a Rebel Success and an amazing leader!

If you are in search of opportunities to personally flex your change muscles, the Successful Rebel Journal may be just the support to get you started.

The journal is self-guided with prompts, so you develop and grow at your own pace.

Carve out 10 min each day to nurture and grow your Inner Rebel, the part of you that embraces change!
