Our Story

Leading change is about leading people first and foremost. Charlotte Allen, Ph.D., CEO of Rebel Success for Leaders, learned this first-hand. Growing up in a blue collar, rural family, she experienced the philosophy that it’s not what you know but who you know. As she furthered her education and career, she gained the opposite experiences of success by what you know.

Charlotte’s success at change leadership was born from connecting those two very dissimilar experiences while focusing on the common thread – the people in each of those extremes.

Embarking on a career in the food industry, Charlotte began to hone her connecting skills by working within and across organizations to drive meaningful change. She was given opportunities and roles to build effective business solutions where others had failed. Many of the innovations and models are still operational.

Today, organizations of many sizes and in many geographies in the Rebel Success for Leaders network have experienced the excitement that comes from employees that are aligned with and 100% behind the business transformation. Those same organizations have realized greater effectiveness and close alignment with growth strategies.
